Restored by Joseph Dawes of Reepham. Norfolk
Rededicated on Armistice Day 2006 in the presence of the parish council, residents and friends on Freston.
In 2008 Freston Parish Council added a plaque to commemorate the death of Commander F.W. Hawkins who was killed in action on 13th June 1944 aboard HMS Boadicea. Aged 33 years.
